Sunday Service

Our Sunday Service is our core meeting centered on giving our Heavenly Father the best praise and worship possible and giving priority to the teaching and preaching of God's word.

Little Kids for Jesus (Creche)

Little kids for Jesus runs concurrently with our Sunday morning service providing a safe place where younger children can have fun and learn about Jesus.

Cityview Kids Club

Cityview Kids Club aims to give children tools to help them manage life problems through Christian principles. Tools such as how to deal with anger effectively, building of self-esteem, knowledge of safety and hygiene. The Kids Club workers are dedicated to offering a safe place for children to learn and have fun! All this will be offered along with plenty of fun activities while parents do their late night shopping.
  • Fridays at 100 Star Street Carlisle 4:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Age group 5 to 12yrs
  • Every programme has fun games, songs, a lesson topic and encourages team work
  • A healthy snack and drink are also included
Children's Workers Cityview Church is committed to providing the best practice in recruiting, supervision and staff support. All of our children's workers are required to go through a comprehensive application and training procedure (as outlined in our child protection policy). This procedure includes reference checks, database checks, agreeing to our policy and code of conduct, current Working with Children checks and attendance at an AOG Child safe training day. Our policy is a policy that grows and is constantly being reviewed and updated.
 
 

Frequency

Ecclesiastes 12:1 "Remember the Lord in the days of your Youth"
Our aim is to make church appealing to today´s teenage generation by making it relevant. This is done through a program that utilises fun games, motivational speakers, loud music & bands, food (Mmm food), and so forth. While bearing this in mind we believe it is crucial to connect and build lasting friendships whilst encouraging and lifting up each other.
Frequency´s Mission Statement Frequency Youth exists to interact with young people building strong dependable RELATIONSHIPS. Our Primary mission however, is to get our youth right with the big guy, God.
Frequency's Vision Statement Frequency Youth focuses on interaction amongst young people and fosters strong dependable relationships. The youth are encouraged to stay together as a group for the purposes of safety and learning team building stills, while also learning character development and acquiring necessary social skills for a healthy lifestyle. Frequency workers are committed to making a difference in youth's lives today. Frequency's activities are low cost, multicultural, and heaps of fun!

  • Age Group 13 - 20yrs
  • Team building games, music (band), Theme nights ("Mad Science" etc), Video games, Movie nights, outings (pool, park, food etc).

ryan Coordinator Ryan Bunton is the coordinator of Frequency Youth. Ryan is a young man with direction and vision for impacting the youtyh of today, he is well liked and respected amongst his peer. He has strong leadership skills and an endearing fun, easy going nature. Ryan has a special ability to relate well to people from all cultures and varying age groups. He is currently completing an apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery.

Workers / Leaders Cityview Church is proud of it's hard working youth. These unique, highly motivated young adults are good role models for today's youth. They have direction and they encourage peers to strive for excellence Frequency Youth warmly welcome newcomers, giving them an instant sense of belonging.
We recognize that people under the age of 18 are considered children by law, so all of our youth workers follow the Cityview Church Child Protection policy and are all approved to work with children.
