Pastor Pamela & Luke

Cityview Church doesn’t happen on it’s own. Our team of hard working volunteers and staff are a blessing to the church. Together they run all the various areas of our church service, ministries and outreach programs.

The Senior Minister, together with the Elders, are responsible for the spiritual oversight and pastoral care of Cityview Church. They also determine the spiritual goals and perform the work of the ministry. The Management Committee manages the finances and business activities of Cityview Church.

We also have a number of ministry leaders – people who manage departments or areas. These people include critical areas of the church such as sound and media, church wouldn’t be the same without them!

Ps Pamela Haneveld

Dip.Tch.B.Ed. Pastor Pamela Haneveld is a registered Minister of religion who, before being ordained as a minister, was a teacher for 18 years for the West Australian Education Department

Mark Shepherd

Mark Shepherd

Mark is the Leader of the Prayer and Welcome teams and is involved in Pastoral care duties within Cityview Church.

Ps Vicki Brand

Pastor Vicki Brand takes care of day-to-day administration at Cityview Church along side Pastor Pamela. She manages the prayer chain, among many other things. On a Sunday you may see her preaching and engaging with the church community.

Pastor John Brand is involved in the missions team and often engages with missionaries supported by Cityview Church. On a Sunday you might see him preaching on stage or volunteering in the cafe.
Management, Cafe, Advertising

Robert Procter

Robert is on the management committee at Cityview Church. Most of his volunteer activities are behind the scenes (such as this website and social media). He is also involved in the design and programming of the lighting rig in the main auditorium, and IT systems throughout the church and the cafe. On a Sunday he is responsible for managing the Cafe and it’s finances and plays bass guitar or runs the sound system.  Robert is also involved in online outreach…
Cafe Coordinator

Diana Procter

B.Ed.Diana was part of the original church plant team at Cityview Church and has been involved as a barista since day one. Today she runs the Cityview Cafe alongside her husband Robert. Diana is responsible for inventory management, scheduling and training. She has completed food safety and covid safe training to assist in this role. She sometimes makes cupcakes, cakes and other desserts for the Cafe too. Diana also plays trumpet in the Cityview Worship Team.
