Homemade gourmet mini Christmas cakes will be available for purchase from the café from this Sunday after the Christmas concert- until sold out.
Preparations for these traditional cakes began in October with the fruit soaking in brandy. They are decorated with a layer of marzipan and finished with fondant. We also have a limited number of mini traditional fruit cake finished with almonds and glace cherries.
These cakes are a great gift option and are the perfect choice for indulgence during the Christmas season.
