The Holy Spirit is in Us
We often talk about Jesus being a gift from God to the world and this is true. But it doesn’t stop here, because God has also gifted us with the precious Holy Spirit who guides and comforts us through every situation we face in life.
Hitting the Mark
For a good number of years now, I have likened my prayers to flaming arrows fired into the devil’s territory. I know that the devil certainly shoots his arrows my way because in Ephesians 6:16 it says, “… take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.” But I see my prayers as God’s arrows being fired back!
